Chicago Chapter member Grace Willbur Trout led the 1913 Illinois Suffrage Motorcar Tour through the state.  The tour ended in front of the Fine Arts Building in downtown Chicago.

Chicago Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR or DAR), was established on March 20, 1891, as the first chapter of our historic service organization. Today, our members participate in the Chicago community and are dedicated to our Society’s mission of  promoting patriotism, preserving American history and securing America's future through better education.
